    We stand by our tenant screening process 100%; however, sometimes people’s circumstances change. If we place a tenant that leaves or needs to be removed during the first year of their tenancy, we will find you a qualified replacement tenant for free!


    We are so confident in our marketing and tenant screening process that we will guarantee you a tenant within 30-days of hiring us, or we will place your tenant for free!


    We hear constantly how hard it is to get other property managers to just return phone calls and emails. We don’t think it should be necessary, but decided to put it in writing anyway. If you call or email us, you will always hear back in (usually much less than) 24 hours.

  • Pricing

    We believe in treating our clients like partners. That means that we don’t get paid unless you get paid. We also operate on one simple truth. It doesn’t cost us any more to manage a more expensive home, so why should it cost you? Our management fee is 10% of rents collected per month, up to $195/door. That means that if your unit rents for more than $1,950/month, you’re paying less than 10%! We also charge a flat leasing fee of $495; because we put our best effort into leasing your property, regardless of the rent amount.
