The Coho is a pet-friendly community that is ready to accommodate you & your loved companion.
Restrictions:
- Maximum Number of Pets Allowed: 2
- Weight Limit: 75 lbs.
- Excluded Breeds: Any hybrid or mixed breed with any of the following: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, German Shepherd, Malamute, Rottweiler, Doberman, Dalmatian, Akita, Chow, Presa Canario (This list is not all inclusive of all breeds & Management has final approval).
Fees:
- Pet Rent: $50.00 per month for each pet
